Hollie and Scott's Norwich Castle wedding was always going to be a day of wonder.
Wondering if the weather would hold, wondering whether we would get caught in the Lord Mayor's Procession and wondering whether Scott would hold it together seeing Hollie walk down the aisle. Yes, their wedding day certainly had everything!
I've know Hollie since she was a teenager and felt so honoured to share this most special of days with them both. They absolutely wanted to do things their way, planning and styling a relaxed and low key wedding in hues of ivory and navy.
My day started at the Castle chatting to the fireworks security guards. Everyone congregated in the sunshine and enjoyed the views across the city skyline. The guys wore mismatched suits with the Bridesmaids adding symmetry in navy with ivory rose posies. Hollie looked absolutely stunning in her lace gown and matching rose bouquet.
Their ceremony was my first ever in the Benefactor's Room and what a stunning setting it is. As the rings were exchanged it all started to look a little dark out of the window and by their exit it was hammering down. Certainly not the best timing! It soon dried however and we headed through confetti and the Royal Arcade (finding a very excited Princess in the window of Jamie's), passed the Barber Shop choir to St. Giles House Hotel for their formal group photos and meal. There are a few images I've had in my mind for a while and was happy to create these for Hollie and Scott. After a few illuminating speeches I left everyone to enjoy their food before heading to Aylsham and a dance floor full to the sounds of Lee Vann. Congrats H&S x
