Happy Christmas! I hope you've managed to grab a little time away from work to spend time with loved ones. To those in the emergency services who work through this busy time you have everyone's gratitude.
Before I look ahead I must look back as 2019 has been a strange old year. As Brexit rumbles on, we hope that uncertainty and injustice are laid to bed and we can approach 2020 with more optimism. A huge thank you to everyone who came to the Assembly House in May (seems a life-time ago now) to help celebrate my 10 years as a full-time wedding photographer. There's a full round up in the second edition of my magazine - which is nearing completion - and I'll let you know when that's available. Next week sees the first of three blogs reviewing a love-filled 2019 so pop back on January 1st for more on that. 2020 weddings are looking busier than ever, a huge hello to everyone getting married and I can't wait for your day to come around.
As you may have seen I offer children's fine art and creative photography sessions, so if you'd like your little one captured in this style, it's a fun and beautiful experience. Visit my portrait website for more details. These sessions were born from the images you see here. I've been creating creative Christmas card images for the last nine years and I've been increasingly asked to create these for everyone. This rather neatly brings me to to these magical images, as a joint birthday present back in March, the Fuller family visited the Harry Potter Studio Tour. I'd wanted to visit for years and if I'm honest, didn't really know what to expect, but was somewhat overwhelmed. The sets, props, costumes and graphic design were incredible. We couldn't help shoot a few of the sets and composite Evey emulating her favourite Ravenclaw student. The only thing left for me to say is thank you for your support, and from Dave, Evey and myself, wishing you a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
