Spring weddings kicked off in central Norwich with the wonderful celebrations of Hayley and Mark.
The majority of their wedding was hosted at the Assembly House and my day started in one of the beautiful bedroom suites with Hayley, her mum and daughter. Everyone was super relaxed as Jamie from Max Giammello worked his magic on hair. Hayley had considered a few different styles of dresses, deciding on a Sassi Holford gown in ivory satin. The flowers were key in bringing styling together with subtle tones of pinks against fresh spring greens and trailing ivy.
Hayley and Mark opted for an intimate personal day and chose the Assembly House's Pierce Room for their ceremony and meal. It's an extremely pretty room and the perfect size for their wedding party. Their ceremony was as emotional as it was intimate. As the sun shone and drinks flowed, Edd Crafer entertained everyone with his magic skills in the Noverre Garden, before heading up to their reception.
I'd planned their main portraits to coincide with golden hour and it didn't disappoint. We walked the short distance to Chapelfield for a little extra greenery as well as more beautiful portraits by the Assembly House fountain. Afterwards taxis were waiting to take the whole party down to Riverside for an evening of bowling. After a few strikes and lots of laughter I left them to finish their games and enjoy the rest of the day. Congrats M&H.
